Dave is the co-founder and CEO of Soshal, as well as the newly launched Craft&Crew agency. He’s driven to do exceptional work, but even more so to fix what he calls a 'broken agency model' by creating a better experience for his team.

Like many local entrepreneurs, Dave has his business and creative sights further afield to other markets while embracing his Ottawa roots. We love his drive, his family focus and how he champions his team!
