Q. “As we move into 2020 and based on your experience as a successful entrepreneur, what advice and/or insights would you share with other entrepreneurs?”

A. “One key to success which I would love to share with other entrepreneurs would be the ability to practice empathy. Whether it's a team member, client, partner or vendor, it's vital to be able to put yourself into someone else's shoes.”
