Do you offer a pop-up headshot studio setup?
While we don’t think of our service as a “pop-up,” we do create a fully equipped mobile studio experience that integrates into an event space. It is a polished portrait session rather than a booth.

How much time should we allow per person?
We typically recommend 3–5 minutes per person for a quick, efficient flow without sacrificing quality. For smaller teams, we can take more time to refine each shot.

What kind of space do you need?
Ideally, a quiet, private room (minimum 12’x12’) is best, but a dedicated corner of the venue (like a convention hall, hotel suite, breakout room, or campus space) also works well. We’ll tailor a mobile portrait studio setup to fit your location and event needs.

How many people can you photograph in a day?
Depending on your schedule and flow, we can photograph anywhere from 20 to 100+ people per day. We’ll work with you to find the best setup and pace for your group.  

Do you include retouching?
Yes. Every delivered image includes finessing, retouching and light editing, as well as sizing and cropping of the final image.

Do people choose their photo on-site?
Yes. We provide a simple photo review and selection on-site so individuals can choose the headshot that best represents them. We can also customize the process for organizations needing centralized review or group delivery.

How are images delivered?
Final edited images are delivered digitally. 

Can we choose a background?
Absolutely. We offer a range of clean, neutral backdrops, or in some cases, we can work with the environment at your venue to create a contextual look that aligns with your brand. (we then keep the background consistent throughout the session)
