We create a fully equipped mobile studio that integrates into your event space. It’s a professional portrait session rather than a booth.

How much time should we allow per person?

Plan for 3–5 minutes per person for efficient flow without losing quality. For smaller teams, we can spend more time refining each shot.

What kind of space do you need?

A quiet private room about 12’×12’ is ideal, but a dedicated corner of a hall or breakout room also works. We tailor the mobile setup to your venue.

How many people can you photograph in a day?

Depending on schedule and flow, we can photograph 20 to 100+ people per day. We’ll recommend the best setup and pace for your group.

Do you include retouching?

Yes. Delivered images include careful retouching and sizing/cropping, ready for LinkedIn, staff directories and other professional uses.

Do people choose their photo on-site?

Yes. We offer on-site review and selection so each person can choose the headshot that suits them. Centralised review is available if you prefer.

Can we choose a background?

Yes. We have clean, neutral backdrops and can also create a consistent, contextual look using the venue environment when appropriate.
