Conference Headshots in Gatineau + the Outaouais

Gatineau is home to conferences, association meetings, government gatherings, corporate events, and professional networking events throughout the year. Our mobile headshot studio can be set up directly at your venue, giving attendees and teams an easy opportunity to update their professional portraits while they're already together.

We can work at venues throughout Gatineau, including the Palais des congrès de Gatineau, Hilton Lac-Leamy, the Canadian Museum of History, Château Cartier Hotel & Resort, and other hotels, conference spaces, and corporate locations across the region.

Every venue and event is different. We'll work with your team to find a suitable location for the studio, considering available space, attendee flow, lighting, timing, and the overall event schedule. The goal is simple—to make professional headshots a useful part of the day without getting in the way of everything else you've planned.

Headshots for Corporate + Leadership Retreats

The Outaouais is also a natural setting for corporate retreats, leadership meetings, board gatherings, and team planning sessions. With everyone together for a day or several days, it can be an ideal time to update professional headshots without asking people to schedule separate sessions later.

Our mobile studio can travel beyond central Gatineau to retreat venues and meeting spaces in Aylmer, Chelsea, Wakefield, and surrounding communities. We can work around your agenda, setting aside a convenient part of the day for individual headshots while allowing the rest of your programme to continue.

Smaller gatherings also give us the opportunity to think beyond individual headshots. Depending on what your organisation needs, we can create leadership portraits, team photographs, or additional corporate photography during the retreat.

A retreat is also a rare opportunity to have the whole team in one place. Along with individual headshots, we can create an informal group portrait that reflects the people who shared the gathering—and gives your organisation a photograph to remember the occasion.

What Gatineau conference venues do you work at?
Our mobile studio can be set up at conference centres, hotels, museums, corporate offices, and other event spaces throughout Gatineau. We don't need a permanent studio at the venue—we bring the photography setup to you and adapt it to the available space.

Yes. A corporate retreat, board meeting, or leadership gathering can be a convenient time to update everyone's professional photography because your team is already together. For smaller groups, we can often allow more time with each person and can also discuss leadership portraits, team photographs, or additional corporate photography during the gathering.

Do you travel to retreats in Chelsea, Wakefield, Aylmer, and other parts of the Outaouais?
Yes. In addition to central Gatineau, we can bring our mobile studio to meeting and retreat locations in Aylmer, Chelsea, Wakefield, and surrounding Outaouais communities. Tell us where your group will be meeting and what you're planning—we can discuss the photography setup and timing.

Can you provide headshots for English- and French-speaking attendees?
Yes. Gatineau and the Outaouais are home to many bilingual conferences, organisations, and corporate gatherings, and we're comfortable working with attendees in both English- and French-speaking environments. Our headshot sessions are simple and visual, with clear direction throughout. If your event is bilingual, let us know during the planning process and we can discuss what will help make the experience welcoming and easy for everyone attending.

How much space do you need for an on-site headshot studio?
We can adapt our setup to many conference and meeting spaces. Before the event, we'll di scuss the available area, lighting, attendee traffic, electrical access, and schedule so we can recommend a suitable location for the studio. A quieter area with enough room for the photography setup and a short attendee queue generally works well. We can coordinate with your event or venue team in advance.

How many people can you photograph during a conference?
That depends on the number of attendees, the time available, and the type of headshot experience you'd like to provide. A busy conference may require a faster workflow, while a smaller leadership meeting or retreat allows us to spend more time with each person. Once we know your expected numbers and schedule, we can recommend an approach that works for your event.

Can conference headshots be sponsored?
Yes. Professional headshots can be included as part of a conference sponsorship programme, allowing a sponsor to provide attendees with something useful while supporting an activity that naturally encourages participation. Sponsor recognition can be incorporated appropriately around the headshot area.
